Account Executive

We’re looking for a salesperson to help us grow Subscribe Pro. You will work with a stream of inbound prospects, helping them learn about Subscribe Pro, doing product demos and helping to get them onboard.

Technical Account Manager / Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help us onboard new customers and delight existing ones.

RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU’LL DO

      • Actively manage the happiness of your account portfolio.
      • Onboard new customers and get them up and running on our platform successfully.
      • Define business objectives for the customer and develop a strategic direction for success.
      • Act as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback.
      • Ensure highest customer satisfaction and return on investment while enhancing customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years experience (SaaS preferred) in a previous Customer Success or Account Management role
    • Startup DNA: A quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
    • Strong relationship building skills and a clear communicator
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Proven drive to continually exceed goals in a fast-paced, high-growth company

Technical Account Associate / Customer Success Associate

You will work with our customer success team to support clients during the on-boarding process and on an ongoing basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Work with Customer Success Managers to manage projects ranging from small to multi-phase and track all progress
    • Fulfill the logistical, administrative, and operational components of all customer projects
    • Communicate clearly with customers and prospects via email, phone and chat
    • Bring a positive attitude that focuses on teamwork, collaboration, and contribution beyond what is expected

Senior Platform Engineer

We’re looking for an A+ engineer to dive into our platform head first and get up to speed quickly. You will take ownership of major parts of the product in your first month. This is a startup environment and there will be much opportunity to learn and grow.
