Overview
We’re looking for an account manager to help us onboard new clients and delight existing ones. You are a people person, but also detail-oriented. You love lists and follow up. You possess exceptional written communications skills.
Our ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with some customer-facing work experience, eager to learn. You have the option to work fully remote or part-time in our Baltimore office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Actively manage new and existing accounts.
- Onboard new accounts, get them up and running on our platform successfully.
- Train clients on various aspects of our solution and services.
- Act as primary point-of-contact for clients, own the relationship.
- Sell new services to existing clients.
